Weinberg Choi Realty, Inc. is a full service residential real estate brokerage that focuses on buying, selling, leasing, and real estate investments. Principals Tommy Choi and Josh Weinberg teamed together to start Weinberg Choi Realty based on their shared passions for real estate and 110% customer focus mentality.

Our foundation is based on three main principles. Trust, Knowledge, and Reliability.

We are constantly educating ourselves through classes and seminars sharpening our knowledge on all aspects of real estate. Tommy Choi

Tommy has always had an active interest in real estate as an investor. After purchasing and flipping his first property, he realized that real estate was a passion that he wanted to pursue full time. Prior to starting Weinberg Choi Realty with his business partner, Mr. Choi had a successful career in sales with a Fortune 500 technology company. Tommy graduated from Bradley University where he received a degree in Business Marketing. A Chicago native, Tommy grew up in the north shore suburbs of Chicago and also spent the majority of his childhood in the Lakeview community helping out his parents business.

Tommy now resides in the Lincoln Park neighborhood with his fiancee, cat Sneaky, and dog Lola. When he is not representing buyers and sellers in the residential real estate market, Mr. Choi serves on the junior board of a not for profit breast cancer awareness charitable organization. In addition, he enjoys participating in intramural sports and cheering on the Bears, Cubs and Bulls.

Josh Weinberg

Josh has worked in real estate for a number of years. He started his real estate career working for a Fortune 200 nationwide homebuilder. From this experience, he was able to learn and understand all aspects of the real estate business. Josh truly understands what makes certain buildings better quality construction than others. In addition, he understands the ins and outs of building new construction. Mr. Weinberg grew up in Chesterfield, Mo and attended Parkway Central High School. He graduated from Bradley University with a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. Josh has been investing in real estate for many years and his passion for real estate as well as his drive to help other people meet their goals of homeownership is what makes him so successful.

Josh lives in the River North neighborhood. In his free time, he likes playing intramural softball and bowling and being with his family and friends. Also, Josh enjoys volunteering his time with a breast cancer awareness charity.
